I contacted The Wifi Experts because I don’t have the time or knowledge to sort out the Wifi problem myself.

Thomas provided several options – I went for the option which involved a sub-contractor. Thomas and the contractor liaised together and now the Wifi works.  Few days after completion the Wifi system needed a tweak and Thomas resolved this quickly and at no charge.

Now… I have to return the Wifi Extender that I brought from a local IT retailer.

Huge thanks for installing our Wifi system. Great product with super tidy install. Our problems are now solved as we have great WiFi to all corners of our property. Many features still unused but I am sure this will future proof us for a while. The WiFi Experts after sales service is outstanding. I really like the blue halo light on our installed unit. I noticed it was off and my immediate thought was the unit was not working. Quick look on the app and dashboard showed Wifi was perfect. Trivial matter but I contacted The WiFi Experts and explained the small issue. Immediately even as I was looking at the unit and still on the phone the blue halo light returned on. Customer service had remotely fixed the fault/setting. No charge, excellent, one happy customer. Thanks
